Q&A
Who is the target market for discussion?
How are you going to finance it?
Is there any opportunity to invest?
- The target customer:
- Is interested in discussion and ideas.
- Is not denying the evidence all around us; there is a consistent attack on reason.
- Is interested in Ayn Rand and philosophy.
- Is striving to make the most of his/her life.
- Is totally convinced that life on earth can be and should be fantastic and overloaded with happiness.
- Longs for a future that is unbelievable good.
- Is interested in discussion and ideas.
How are you going to finance it?
- Discussion doesn't cost much money. As the saying goes, "talk is cheap". Let's do the cheap things first.
- As we get more interest from people, and the vision for the future becomes clearer, the roadmap for financing can be laid out.
- In general in startup-world, money is not a big problem once you have product-market fit. The problem is figuring out a product-market fit.
Is there any opportunity to invest?
- Short answer: maybe later.
- If you want to get involved, the best way to do that is by trying to contact us and try to get a role in the organization. As for investment, we want to take 100% of the risk until we see that everything is reasonably safe. At present, we should expect the project to fail, since most businesses fail. In the project "Galt's Gulch Chile" that targeted a similar market of freedom minded people the risk was pushed on to the customer, and things turned out quite bad, hurting a lot of good people. We don't want that, so we take the opposite approach. We take close to 100% of the risk until it works, and then we might let other people get more involved.
